Both have been verified. I like the BMTB a lot (however, I just changed the diodes in my SHO pedal to 1N914s, and I like that even more.)

SIMPLE TONE CONTROL & BRIAN MAY TREBLE BOOSTER
Here are a couple more - the simple passive tone control that can be added to any circuit or used as a simple passive tone control (WARNING - there is a slight volume drop), and a Brian May Treble booster with a Fat Switch added (use as treble booster or fat, more full sounding, booster).
Both have been verified. I like the BMTB a lot (however, I just changed the diodes in my SHO pedal to 1N914s, and I like that even more.)
